In St. Petersburg, FL for the Summer
So I figured I’d start putting this website to use and take advantage of the blog since I’m paying for it anyways! Plus I’ve been feeling convicted by the Holy Spirit for quite some time when it comes to 1 Timothy 4:6.
1 Timothy 4:6 ‘Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.’
Praise God, I finally graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors, it truly is a miracle. I thought the I was going to go on tour for the summer but looks like the Lord had other plans. Now I’m in St. Pete, FL working at a FUMCSP as a summer intern. It’s a fun and exciting time. There’s a lot to do down here; go to the beach, long boarding up and down the shores, awesome restaurants, great people. Nothings permanent and God knows what happens next. Regardless, I’m so thankful for the opportunity and can’t wait to see what happens next. One thing God has been showing me his how awesome of a family and friend base I’ve got. It’s one of the greatest blessings I’ve received. I love you all and miss you guys back up in Indiana! Can’t wait til the next time I get to see you guys.
Here’s a verse I’ve been meditating on a lot lately:
Romans 1:20 “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities - his eternal power and divine nature - has been clearly seen, being understood by what has been made, so that man is without excuse.”
I’ve been marveling at God’s creation and the work of his hands, from painting the sunsets to the flight and nature of pelicans, everything points towards Him.
Just finished two books as well. Great reads on the topic of the Holy Spirit and I strongly recommend them;
